What you’ll actually work through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Current biomechanics, taught properly, with the why behind every cue
2. Breath work that connects to function, not just choreography
3. Classical and contemporary Mat side by side<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The way Joseph would have taught it, is how they describe it. I’d say the way he’d have taught it if he had today’s understanding of movement. That’s the interesting bit for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
